Claus von Zychlin is the President & Chief Executive Officer for Mount Carmel Health System, Columbus, Ohio.  Mount Carmel Health System is a member of the Trinity Health System and serves Central Ohio with Mount Carmel West, Mount Carmel East, Mount Carmel St. Ann’s, and Mount Carmel New Albany Hospital in addition to a full continuum of health services including a primary care network (MSO), an HMO, a physician-hospital organization, and a behavioral services company.

Prior to coming to Mount Carmel Mr. von Zychlin previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of TriHealth, a community partnership of Bethesda, Inc. and Catholic Health Initiatives in Cincinnati, Ohio.  His career history also includes executive level positions at The Christ Hospital, Cincinnati; Little Company of Mary Hospital, Evergreen Park Ill.; Saint Francis Hospital, Escanaba Mich.; Saint Francis Medical Center, Peoria, Ill.; and Lutheran Social Services of Illinois, Rockford.
